New ListManager 11 provides marketers improved campaign planning and performance tracking

(OTC Bulletin Board: LYRI), the online marketing expert, today announced the availability of ListManager 11, Lyris' on-premises email marketing software. ListManager 11 offers improved campaign planning and end-to-end performance tracking capabilities to enable greater campaign effectiveness.

ListManager 11 has added significant new feature enhancements:
- Drag-and-Drop Calendar for Managing Emails, Events and Reporting
ListManager 11 incorporates a new marketing calendar that enables greater planning effectiveness. The calendar provides time-based overviews of marketing activities to reveal periods of heightened mailing activity, improves access to mailing reports, and enables marketing teams to track events and dates of importance. The calendar's drag-and-drop interface also allows for quick and easy scheduling and rescheduling of mailings.
- Heatmaps for Quick Assessment of Campaign Content Effectiveness
Faster assessment of campaign content effectiveness is now possible through a new clickthrough heatmap that reveals at-a-glance which links in an email drove the most traffic. Previously, marketers would need to analyze data from tables to understand which links attracted the most clicks. Marketers can now instantly see which calls-to-action, and which positions within an email message were most effective through easy to interpret callouts directly overlaying the email content. This information can be used to create future campaigns that drive greater engagement.
- End-to-End Analytics for Email ROI and Conversion Tracking
ListManager 11 also expands its integration with Web analytics systems to enable marketers to monitor customer behavior from end-to-end, from email engagement through conversion on a website. Visitors can be tracked starting from their receipt of an email message, to click-through, to website behavior, to the follow-through on a campaign goal or purchase. This new functionality means marketers have a better way to assess email marketing ROI —through actual conversions or revenues.
ListManager 11 has also upgraded its HTML Editor for improved usability and greater visual appeal. Marketers who create message content using Microsoft Word can paste their work directly and cleanly into messages. Additionally, the most commonly used email campaign merge tags have been added in a drop-down selector for "one click" message insertion.
