ROTTERDAM, Netherlands, May 5, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- LyondellBasell (NYSE: LYB) today said that shareholders approved the payment of a dividend of $0.10 per share at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in Rotterdam, Netherlands. The dividend will be payable May 26, 2011 to shareholders of record on May 5, 2011.
