WASHINGTON, June 4, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- SOS Children's Villages – USA announced today that Ms. Lynn Croneberger, CFRE, was named chief executive officer of the U.S. headquarters of SOS Children's Villages International. Ms. Croneberger will lead a Washington, D.C.-based team to raise the level of awareness and funding for the domestic and international work of this international non-governmental organization (iNGO).

She was also executive director for the Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital Foundation and Memorial Foundation, executive director of the American Heart Association of South Florida as well as vice president for United Way of Broward County, Florida. Ms. Croneberger is a certified fundraising executive (CFRE) and was the 2011 president of the Washington, D.C. Metro Area Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP).
