Lynden International Names New District Managers in Key Markets
SEATTLE, Sept. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Lynden International announces the promotion of Jim Taef to District Manager at the Los Angeles office and welcomes new District Managers Tom Bizzarro in New York and Andrew Poll in Chicago.
Taef has worked in the transportation industry for more than 20 years, including positions as Regional Vice President at Exel Logistics and Operations Manager at C.H. Robinson in Los Angeles. At Lynden, Taef previously served as International Operations Manager. He is a member of the Los Angeles Air Cargo Association.
As District Manager in Chicago, Poll will oversee revenue growth and operations for the Midwest Region. He brings 15 years of supply chain and operations experience to his new position, most recently in national sales at NYK Logistics and as Sales Director and Operations Manager for the Central American Group. He holds a degree from The Ohio State University.
Bizzarro's past experience includes 28 years in the air and ocean transportation and logistics fields. He has held various management roles ranging from International Sales Manager and Operations Manager to Gateway Manager and Air Freight Director. His previous employers include Pandair Freight, Inc., BAX Global, Geologistics, Eagle Global Logistics and Morrison Express Corp. He is a member of the Long Island Importers Exporters Association and the JFK Air Cargo Association.
