Lyin' Ted Cruz's Biggest Lie - "Natural Born" Eligibility; Law Professor Victor Williams Sends an Open Letter to Pennsylvania's Unbound Delegates, to his Maryland Neighbors, and to the RNC Spring Meeting in Florida
BETHESDA, Md., April 22, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Ted Cruz continues to tell the biggest lie ever in American politics – that he is constitutionally eligible to be President. If Cruz is nominated, Washington, D.C. Law Professor Victor Williams warns that the Democrats will forcefully challenge Cruz's obvious ineligibility in every one of the 50 states.
Cruz's falsehood is of constitutional proportions. In order to gain ballot access, Ted Cruz has repeated the Big Lie many times over to 50 state election officials – the eligibility lie was made in writing and under oath.
Having told the Big Lie so often for so long, has Cruz now convinced himself of eligibility? No – Cruz knows the truth and so do Democrats.
Victor Williams continues to campaign as a "write-in" presidential candidate, while prosecuting ballot fraud charges against Ted Cruz, in the remaining primary states. www.VictorWilliamsforPresident.com
U.S. CONSTITUTION'S ARTICLE II, SECTION 1: An Age Exam and Two Soil Tests
By his own adult admission, little baby Teddy Cruz came into the world a natural-born Canadian.
As every American school child knows, the Constitution's Article II, Section 1 requires an age exam and two soil tests for the presidency. First a candidate must be 35 years old. A candidate must have been a 14- year resident on the American soil and he must first have been born on that same, sacred American soil. The two soil tests insure the Commander-in-Chief will have exclusive allegiance to America.
Cruz was a loyal-Canadian-citizen until May 2014.
VICTOR WILLIAMS' OPEN LETTER: Pennsylvania, Maryland, and the RNC
If Cruz is nominated, Democrats, like Alan Grayson, have pledged to immediately sue. Scores of millions of dollars will be thrown into multiple litigation efforts to disqualify Cruz.
Williams' Open Letter tells Pennsylvania's unbound 54 Delegates (not to be pledged on April 26) that a vote for Cruz in July is a vote for Hillary Clinton in November.
Williams' Open Letter also asks all unpledged RNC member-delegates -- returning from their Florida Spring Meeting -- to face reality: The Clinton war-machine will destroy Ted Cruz on the eligibility issue.
Williams' Open Letter also addresses his fellow Marylanders who vote on April 26. As Maryland's early filing deadline prevented his candidacy in his adopted-beloved home state, Professor Williams will proudly cast his Maryland vote for Donald J. Trump. Williams urges his Maryland neighbors to help him keep Ted Cruz in a distant third place.
ROUND TWO of the WILLIAMS v. CRUZ FIGHT: California After New Jersey
In New Jersey, Victor Williams's legal team is now moving the Cruz challenge from the Secretary of State to the Appellate Division of the New Jersey judiciary. Soon, in delegate-rich California, Williams will open a Pacific front against Cruz.
