Luxury Retreats Adds 150 New Luxury Villas in St. Barts
MONTREAL, Oct. 7 /PRNewswire/ - In a development that will more than double its current inventory of villas in St. Barts, Luxury Retreats has just announced a partnership with on-island property management company Sibarth.
The world's largest specialist in high-end villa rentals (www.luxuryretreats.com) will now offer an additional 150 luxury villas in St. Barts, all formerly exclusive, to its guests. This is on top of the 100 villas it has already had great success in marketing in past years.
"St. Barts is a highly exclusive island where demand usually exceeds supply," said Ben Tuff, Luxury Retreats' Director of Marketing, "so we're very excited to add on these properties and have such amazing new villas to rent to our guests."
At just 8 square miles and 8,000 residents, the French-Caribbean island of St. Barts is small, but packs a big punch with luxury vacationers. Beyond its white-sand beaches, St. Barts offers some of the Caribbean's best dining and shopping, and is a popular choice among crowd-shy celebrities and the yachting set. Villas on St. Barts are traditionally very high-end, though some "value" options are available.
Luxury Retreats' new villas in St. Barts include Villa La Danse Des Etoiles, a three-bedroom estate designed by noted Hamptons architects Barnes and Coy. The villa overlooks the sea and nearby Ile Tortue. Villa Wickie, a stunning six-bedroom home in Gustavia, is designed in fresh white with splashes of colour and local art. Finally, for honeymooning couples, Villa Simplicity is true to its name - a clean, fresh little villa with amazing ocean views from its terrasse.
"We encourage anyone that has never considered St. Barts to take a fresh look," said Tuff, who believes Luxury Retreats' new crop of villas on the island will entice travelers to do just that.
Luxury Retreats is the world's largest specialist in luxury villa rentals, offering almost 2,000 elite properties in over 70 worldwide destinations. Founded in 1999, the company has grown into a respected leader in the industry, with over 100 employees in its Montreal headquarters and satellite offices in Hawaii, the Caribbean and Europe.
