Luminara And Liown Reach Settlement In State Court Case

MINNEAPOLIS, April 27, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Liown Electronics Co. Ltd, one of the world's largest suppliers of light-emitting diode (LED) flameless candles and lighting, today announced that Luminara Worldwide LLC and Liown Electronics Co. Ltd. mutually agreed to settle the Minnesota state court case, without admission of liability by either party. 

The remaining settlement terms are confidential.
