(NASDAQ: LUFK) today announced that it will release its fourth quarter and full year 2012 financial results before the market opens on Thursday, February 14. In conjunction with the release, Lufkin has scheduled a conference call that will be broadcast live over the Internet the same day starting at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (9:00 a.m. Central Time).
