Link your data to your diagrams
In response to user feedback, the new editor now offers data linking for faster and more powerful diagram creation. Users can build dynamic diagrams by linking Lucidchart shapes to live data in Google Sheets. Updates made to Google Sheets will automatically update in the Lucidchart diagram. Lucidchart does all the heavy lifting, eliminating the need for manual data entry—-saving time and reducing the risk of human error in the creation of any type of diagram.

After extensive user testing, the new editor includes an optimized layout for Lucidchart. The modern interface enables a more powerful diagramming experience by giving users everything they need right at their fingertips. For example, users can enjoy easy access to their most-used shapes by saving them in a custom library.
