With a career in the National Guard for over twenty five years, Theresa is a seasoned military professional with a wealth of experience.

The recipient of a Bronze Star while in Afghanistan, Theresa remains an active member of the Military Police Regimental Association, Military Officers Association, US Army War College Foundation and the National Association of Professional Women where she was recognized as a VIP Woman of The Year.
A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt candidate, Theresa earned her Master's degree in Military Strategic Studies from United States Army War College following receipt of her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Bowling Green State University.
