Lt. Daniel Stroski, Former Investigator for Yolo County DA's Office, Joins Frasco SIU

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Frasco^® Investigative Services, one of the largest insurance investigation corporations in the United States, announced the addition of Lt. Daniel Stroski, (Ret.) former Criminal Investigator for the Yolo County District Attorney's Office's Insurance Fraud Unit, to the Frasco SIU team.

Mr. Stroski led the Yolo County District Attorney's Office's Insurance Fraud Unit for fifteen years and through his leadership established a number of programs. He is a founding member of YoURAT, which stands for Yolo Unlicensed Rapid Apprehension Team, created in 2005. Collectively this group of investigators arrested and convicted approximately 183 unlicensed contractors, 35 of which were uninsured employers as well.

Dan Stroski created the Fraud Awareness Fair that recently completed its fifth year, which was attended by approximately four hundred citizens from Sacramento and Yolo Counties. Dan is an author of articles on the topics of Workers' Compensation insurance fraud that has been published in both the NCFIA quarterly newsletter and the semi-annual Yolo County Fraud Forum, published by the Yolo County District Attorney's Office. He has also instructed courses on insurance fraud at the Northern California Fraud Investigator's Association and the California District Attorney's Association Annual Training Conferences.
