Rich will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership and focus to the firm's enlistment and engagement efforts globally. Rich is a high energy, results oriented leader with extensive sales and marketing experience in learning, information technology and other industries. In line with LRN's culture, he also has devoted extensive time and effort to the mission of teaching empathy and emotional intelligence within organizations via his work with an e-learning venture called 'Empathetics.'
Prior to joining LRN, Rich worked for his own strategic sales consulting practice, which he successfully operated from suburban Philadelphia since 2008. He was also EVP for Sales & Marketing at a private venture capital backed enterprise mobility software and services provider. Scott spent significant time at Sybase and Entrust Services in sales leadership roles, and spent the first 15 years of his career in sales at IBM among other places.
