MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Oct. 29, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Lowe's announced a partnership with Livongo Health to deploy the innovative Livongo for Diabetes management system in Lowe's North Carolina, South Carolina, and Alabama locations in an effort to provide eligible employees and their family members diagnosed with diabetes with a cost-effective, supportive solution.
Livongo for Diabetes provides an end-to-end ecosystem that includes a cellular, interactive glucose meter that transmits data and messaging real-time, a smart cloud that provides personalized care information and insights, and a human touch via virtual coaching from certified diabetes educators.
