Lovell Communications CEO Rosemary Plorin Named a "Most Admired CEO"
Plorin recognized by peers for respected leadership and strategic corporate management
NASHVILLE, Tenn., Nov. 14, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Rosemary Plorin, president and chief executive officer of Lovell Communications, has been recognized as a 2017 "Most Admired CEO" by the Nashville Business Journal.
In its seventh year, the publication's annual Most Admired CEOs and Their Companies program recognizes Nashville leaders who inspire those around them, hold their employees, products and services in the highest regard, run their companies with integrity and are admirable examples of how all companies should be run and managed. Nominations are collected and culled by the Nashville Business Journal, and finalists are voted on by nominees in a process designed to determine who truly is most admired by their peers.
"Honorees this year include business leaders I've followed and admired for years," said Plorin. "To be included in their company is both humbling and energizing – and a really delightful surprise."
Plorin joined Lovell Communications in 2000, was named president of the company in 2013 and became CEO in January of 2015. Previously, Plorin has been recognized by the Nashville Business Journal as a Woman of Influence, a Healthcare Hero, a Woman to Watch, and was a finalist for the 2016 Small Business Awards. She is an active member of the Entrepreneur's Organization, the Nashville Health Care Council and the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce.
