Louisiana Health IT Resource Center Lists SuccessEHS as a Supported Vendor

BIRMINGHAM, Ala., June 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- SuccessEHS, a nationally recognized, streamlined practice management and electronic health record (EHR / EMR) software vendor, was listed as a supported vendor by the Louisiana Health Information Technology (LHIT) Resource Center.

As Louisiana's Regional Extension Center (REC), the LHIT Resource Center was established to provide education, outreach and technical support to more than 1,000 providers as they adopt and meaningfully use EHRs to improve the quality and value of health care. The LHIT Resource Center is administered by the Louisiana Health Care Quality Forum (LHCQF), a private, not-for-profit organization whose mission is to lead collaborative, evidence-based initiatives to improve the health of Louisiana citizens. Both SuccessEHS and the LHIT Resource Center take a proactive approach toward helping participating physicians achieve Meaningful Use; both offer help at each stage of the implementation process.
