WAYNE, Pa., Sept. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Louis G. Papa has joined Penn Liberty Bank of Wayne, Pennsylvania as Chief Investment Strategist. In his new position Mr. Papa will be responsible for the investment strategies of the Penn Liberty Wealth Advisory Group.

Mr. Papa has 14 years of experience in the financial services industry focused on providing clients with wealth management and financial planning services. Prior to joining Penn Liberty Bank he was employed by Olde Financial, Vanguard and most recently Charles Schwab Private Client Group.
Mr. Papa was named in Philadelphia Magazine as one of the best Wealth Advisors in the Philadelphia region in 2009. Louis earned a BS degree in Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from The University of Phoenix. Louis holds his industry licenses for the Series 52, 63, 7, 9 and 10.
Louis resides in West Grove Pennsylvania with his wife Melanie and his son Christian.
