The official launch is anticipated for mid-May, in advance of the Company's global LIVE broadcast of Rock in Rio Lisbon (RiR), which features artists including Bruce Springsteen, Ariana Grandee, Maroon 5, Avicii, Queen + Adam Lambert and many others.
This partnership enables LiveXLive to offer its fans a one-stop digital shopping experience that is seamlessly woven into the fabric of the Company's music and lifestyle content. LiveXLive users will be able to purchase artist and festival merchandise, VIP experiences, hospitality and travel packages, and event tickets from within the LiveXLive App. The platform will also enable live download recording services and fan club sales.
