Lone Wolf and CREA Announce Major Transaction Management Deal
Deal provides Lone Wolf's transaction management tools to Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) as new CREA WEBForms®
OTTAWA, Ontario, Nov. 16, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) announced today a partnership with Lone Wolf Technologies (Lone Wolf) that will provide CREA members with a new version of CREA WEBForms® that makes it easier to manage deals from offer to close.
The new CREA WEBForms® will be powered by Lone Wolf's TransactionDesk®, an industry-leading document and transaction management system. The new CREA WEBForms® includes unlimited document storage, forms, MLS® integration and agent-level transaction management.
"Our members' business needs have changed since the creation of CREA WEBForms® and they continue to evolve," stated Michael Bourque, CREA's CEO. "CREA WEBForms® needs to adapt to changing needs in a timely fashion, integrate with board and association MLS® Systems and other third-party tools used by members across the country."
While CREA members will reap the benefits of a robust agent-level transaction management system, this partnership will also present real estate professionals with the unique opportunity to manage their entire business in a single system through further upgrades and integrations with Lone Wolf's other solutions. Some of these include Authentisign, the company's eSignature solution, and Broker Edition which supports broker-level transaction management including integration with Lone Wolf's back office and accounting solution.
"To say that this is a big deal for Lone Wolf would be an understatement and I think our excitement goes without saying," explained Lone Wolf CEO Patrick Arkeveld. "I truly believe this partnership has the potential to shape the future of real estate in Canada and open up the opportunity for a completely digital real estate experience."
The decision to move to a new supplier came after thorough analysis by CREA's Technology Committee of broker and agent needs. It is believed that this new provider will develop new features and integrations at a pace and of the quality that Canadian real estate professionals need. Current third-party integrations including DocuSign, SecureShare, EZSign, and NEXONE will continue to be available in CREA WEBForms®.
