Originally premiering on Showtime on New Year's Eve 2011, the title is now available on DVD through Amazon.com and soon on iTunes.
With purchase of the DVD, users will receive a 4-day/3-night hotel stay in Cancun, Mexico, compliments of Yucatan Holidays. When the DVD is inserted into the TV or computer, a code will appear on the screen for users to redeem the vacation to Mexico. Taxes and fees apply.
Filmed in front of a sold out audience at San Bernardino's 1,700-seat Historic California Theatre of the Performing Arts for Showtime, LOL Comedy presents Tom Arnold's first one-hour stand-up comedy special. From Iowa to L.A., Tom's hilarious real life journey is well documented in American pop cultural history. Tom exposes himself, his four marriages, and his lifelong friendships developed while working on 72 films. Tom pokes fun at his Midwest past, marital follies and absurd Hollywood stories and is a ball of chaos and charisma on stage.
Arnold began his career in comedy at the University of Iowa and eventually moved to Los Angeles to write on the highly successful television series, "Roseanne," before serving as executive producer for the sitcom. He went on to star in his own HBO special entitled "Tom Arnold: The Naked Truth," and wrote, produced and starred in his own television series "The Jackie Thomas Show," "Tom" and "The Tom Show."
As a writer, producer, and actor, Tom Arnold has established himself to both television and film audiences worldwide, having won such awards as the Peabody Award and a Golden Globe Award. He has hosted the "Best Damn Sports Show Period" and recently returned to Fox Sports Network as both producer and host of the kids' baseball show "Kid Pitch". He also hosts the CMT's "My Big Redneck Wedding."
