Lois Paul and Partners Settles into New Austin Location and Taps Senior Talent
LPP Austin welcomes back two former employees and moves to expanded office space
AUSTIN, Texas, July 30, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- This week, the Lois Paul and Partners (LPP) staff in Austin, Texas are settling into expanded office space in the GSD&M Idea City building. Joining LPP, a provider of strategic communications and digital services for technology, healthcare and clean tech companies, in its new location are Judy Racino and Jason Deal. Racino and Deal are both former LPPers who left to spend time on the client-side and have re-joined the agency as senior account managers.
The agency is moving this week from its former space at the Bank of America Center at 6th Street and Congress Street, to a larger office space at 828 W. 6th Street in downtown Austin. The move brings the opportunity for collaboration with other Omnicom companies, such as GSD&M.
LPP has also broadened its management team with the hires of Racino and Deal. The two new managers bring more than 30 years of combined marketing and public relations experience to the firm.
"A new office environment is always exciting and sparks new energy across the team," said Lois Paul, president and founder of LPP. "We're looking forward to the move to this great location in downtown Austin. Change brings opportunity, and our new hires, combined with a larger space, will help us to continue to grow within the Austin market."
Jason Deal has more than 15 years of marketing and communications experience. He recently joined LPP from Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), where he worked on a variety of communications initiatives. In addition to supporting on-going social media activities, Jason managed PR for AMD server processor technologies and OEM relationships with Dell, HP and IBM. Prior to AMD, Jason worked as the media relations manager for Stratfor, a private geopolitical intelligence and security firm and for several entertainment companies in Los Angeles, including E! Entertainment Television.
Judy Racino comes to LPP after managing marketing programs for the Wi-Fi Alliance, where she led digital marketing and membership efforts for the global consortium. Prior to the Wi-Fi Alliance, Judy directed corporate communications for Valence Technology, a provider of lithium ion battery technology. Judy has supported numerous companies during her career, including Tivoli Systems (IBM), TANTAU Software (724 Solutions), Conformative Systems (Intel) and Obsidian Software (ARM). She also spent more than 10 years at Motorola (Freescale Semiconductor), where she held various communication, marketing and program management roles.
LPP clients serviced out of the Austin office include CleanFUEL USA, Freescale Semiconductor, LANDesk, Lumension, National Instruments, RADVISION (Avaya), Scuderi Group and Skyonic.
