NEW YORK, April 2, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The EY organization announced today that LogiStar Solutions, a leading provider of SAP Supply Chain Execution (SCE) services, has signed an agreement for all of its operations to join EY member firms in the US, Canada and Mexico. LogiStar works with companies to help them align their critical business processes and strategies to create competitive advantage through increased operational efficiencies, reduced supply chain operations costs, improved quality and speed to market. The closing of the transaction is subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions, but would be expected to be completed in the next 30 days.

This acquisition will further strengthen the Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP, which provides performance improvement, technology enablement, risk consulting and business transformation services.
