The WHA is the decision-making body of the World Health Organization ("WHO"). It is attended by delegations from all WHO member states and focuses on a specific health agenda prepared by the executive board. The main functions of the WHA are to determine the policies of the organization, appoint the Director-General, supervise financial policies, and review and approve the proposed programme budget (www.who.int/mediacentre/events/2016/wha69/en/).

Earlier this year Immune Therapeutics announced its clinical study in Nigeria.  This study met primary and secondary endpoints for both efficacy and safety. On April 27th, Immune Therapeutics announced that Nigeria's National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) approved  Lodonal^TM  as an over the counter, non-toxic adjunct therapy in the treatment of HIV/AIDS and immune regulator.  Immune Therapeutics' Agent for all of Africa, GB Pharma Holdings, will be spearheading Lodonal^TM distribution in Africa.
