Lockwood Multifamily Changes Name to Lockwood Residential
SOUTHFIELD, Mich., July 20, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Lockwood Management, LLC – Michigan Limited Liability builder, real estate developer, and property management company – is proud to announce Lockwood Multifamily has been rebranded to Lockwood Residential. This new name more accurately reflects the range and diversity of services offered to residents.

This full-service property management company features greater oversight than most of its competitors due to the fact that regional managers oversee, on average, only eight properties.
Managed Lockwood Residential communities include family units as large as our Parkwood Manor II and Oxford Square units that hold 200 or more units to communities as small as Springbrook Townhomes II unit that holds 48 units. With over 15 years of experience with the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) financed assets, Lockwood Residential has 18 MSHDA financed properties under management. MSHDA has selected Lockwood Residential to manage communities on their behalf when they foreclose or take control of troubled properties. In a recent independent study, MSHDA properties managed by Lockwood Residential were ranked best amongst their peers.
