HOUSTON and DALLAS, May 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Lockton has a remarkable history of business growth in Texas that is unique and unmatched. Today, Lockton announced that it will create two new business teams to align its Texas operations.
Lockton's Houston, San Antonio, Dallas, and Fort Worth Property-Casualty operations will combine into a single operation under the leadership of Tim Kelly, Chairman and CEO. Frank Scardino will continue in his role as President of the Dallas Property-Casualty business.
Bruce Sammis has been named Chairman and CEO of Lockton's Employee Benefits operations in Texas which includes Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio.
The combined Lockton Texas operation has 700 Associates and more than $200 million in revenue.
Sammis said, "The Lockton team in Texas plans to make investments in people and technology to enhance service for our clients and provide innovative solutions in both employee benefits and risk management." Sammis has been a Lockton executive since 1998.
"Lockton has built a powerhouse in Texas," said Tim Kelly. "We will continue to grow and deliver results for our clients and create career opportunities for our Associates." Kelly has been an executive with Lockton since 2001 in Houston.

Lockton is growing in Texas, recruiting Associates and expanding office space. The company currently has 15 positions open in risk management and employee benefits. Triten Real Estate Partners broke ground in April on Lockton Place in Westchase in western Houston. Lockton plans to lease five floors in the new eight-story office building.
