Pam Kail joins insurance broker to support employee benefits needs

MEMPHIS, Tenn., Oct. 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Lockton, the world's largest privately held insurance broker, has appointed Pam Kail to a leadership role in employee benefits in its Memphis office, serving as an Account Executive.

Kail has more than 20 years of experience in employee benefits. She designs and implements employee benefit programs and consults on self-insured benefits funding, employee benefit contribution strategies, health claims, provider network analysis, and employee communication program development. Most recently, Kail worked as a Vice President and Senior Client Manager with Willis in Memphis, and has previous experience with Marsh as an employee benefits consultant.

She is a member of the Greater Memphis Employee Benefits Council and holds a degree in risk management and insurance from the University of Memphis.
