The award program, a joint effort between Business Insurance magazine and Best Companies Group, identifies and recognizes the best employers in the insurance industry.

The firm conducts a two-part evaluation process that includes an extensive questionnaire about company benefits and policies along with an employee engagement and satisfaction survey of Lockton Associates.
