Lockton Chicago Adds Thomas M. Schmidt to Its Growing Benefits Practice
CHICAGO, April 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Lockton Companies, the world's largest privately held insurance broker, has expanded its Chicago team with the addition of Thomas M. Schmidt as a Vice President in the Employee Benefits Practice.

Prior to joining Lockton, Schmidt was Managing Director of Schmidt Group, LLC, specializing in health and productivity management consulting and health care data analytics. His prior experience also includes work at Mercer as a Principal and Practice Leader in its healthcare & group benefits practice and at Winterthur as Senior Vice President of the International Employee Benefits Division in New York.

In addition, he holds the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designations.
