James Spears returns to Lockton as a Producer in the St. Louis Series

ST. LOUIS, July 17, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Lockton is pleased to welcome back James Spears as a new Producer in Lockton's St. Louis Series. Spears returns to Lockton, the world's largest privately held independent insurance broker, from Aon where he worked with clients in the construction, real estate, manufacturing, higher education, transportation and logistics, and professional services industries.

Spears started in Lockton's St. Louis office in 2008 as an Account Executive. After almost six years with Lockton, Spears joined Holmes Murphy and Associates, and later Aon, to gain experience as a Producer.

During his time with Aon, Spears worked to expand the property and casualty and health benefits book of business. He gained experience in enterprise risk management and built relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and challenges.

Spears holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Missouri State University with a specialization in financial management services, insurance and risk management.
