SC Johnson Supports Neighborhood Non-Profits with Space for Special Events
RACINE, Wis., Sept. 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- For decades The Golden Rondelle Theater located on SC Johnson's global headquarters campus has offered educational programming to southeastern Wisconsin residents. In 2011/2012, SC Johnson hosted nearly 20 programs which drew more than 3,000 guests as part of its public programming, designed to appeal to the community at large on a wide range of topics. For each program, SC Johnson partners with a local non-profit – often the non-profits initiate the partnership – to make the program possible and help cover program expenses.

About The Golden Rondelle Theater
SC Johnson's Golden Rondelle Theater was initially built as the company's pavilion for the 1964/1965 World's Fair in New York. After the Fair was over, the Theater was moved back to Racine to serve as SC Johnson's visitor's center and to serve as a community resource for educational programming. Working with Taliesin Associates, Frank Lloyd Wright's school of architecture, The Golden Rondelle was redesigned to fit in with the Wright-designed global headquarters for the company. Now a centerpiece for the entire community, The Theater is committed to providing positive experiences for adults, children and visitors through programming, architecture tours, award-winning films and more. Since 1968 hundreds of thousands of people have participated in programming at the facility. For more information on these programs visit www.scjohnson.com/visit, then click on Schedule a Tour.
