LiveOps Appoints John Nai as Senior Vice President of Service Delivery
Former Charles Schwab Executive to Enhance Service Offering
SANTA CLARA, Calif., April 26, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- LiveOps, the leader in cloud-based enterprise call centers, announced Tuesday that John Nai has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Service Delivery. Building on 22 years of experience in data center operations and infrastructure engineering, Nai will be responsible for the LiveOps' technology operations, product availability and overall service quality to Tier 1 Enterprise clients. Nai will focus on continued improvements in the firm's technology, process and people that LiveOps leverages to deliver best-in-class client solutions.

Prior to joining LiveOps, Nai served in senior leadership positions at Charles Schwab Corp., overseeing Schwab's mission-critical external and internal facing customer platforms. Most recently, he was Schwab's Senior Vice President of Infrastructure Engineering and Data Center Operations where Nai was responsible for ensuring the highest quality operational support for Schwab's telecommunications, mainframe, distributed, storage and database technology infrastructure environments.
Nai is a graduate of Westfield State College in Massachusetts, with a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science.
