WASHINGTON, May 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Akridge announced today that LiveHealthier, Inc. has leased space on the first and second floors of The Fairmont Building at 7735 Old Georgetown Road in downtown Bethesda. The corporate wellness organization has entered into a 7-year lease for 14,874 square feet, and is expected to occupy the space in June. Only 950 square feet remains available on the ground floor of the 122,000 square foot property.

LiveHealthier will move from their current office space at 2 Bethesda Metro Center to take advantage of the many neighborhood amenities of downtown Bethesda, and the unique and highly visible office space offered at The Fairmont Building. Christopher Coccaro, Jeff Massie, and Nick Finelli with Broad Street Realty, LLC, represented LiveHealthier in the lease. Akridge's Greg Tomasso, and Jones Lang LaSalle's Bernie McCarthy, Amanda Davis, and Danny Sheridan represented the property's ownership. Akridge acquired The Fairmont Building in 2009.
