In this role, Seward will work across Live Nation Entertainment to develop and implement programs that will attract new fans, drive life long loyalty and engagement to the Live Nation platform, and further enhance the company's yield management capabilities.
Seward is a leading customer relationship and loyalty marketing veteran who has held executive roles at some of the most progressive and creative brands, most recently leading all customer loyalty initiatives and the Elevate frequent flier program at the innovative Virgin America.
