Litigator Jason Anderson Joins Stradling

("Stradling") announced today that litigator, Jason Anderson, previously practicing at Bingham, has joined Stradling as a litigation shareholder practicing out of its main office in Newport Beach, California. 

Mr. Anderson is an experienced business and commercial litigator and trial lawyer whose practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, consumer class actions, merger and acquisition litigation, shareholder and partner disputes and contract and real estate litigation.  He has extensive trial and arbitration experience, having tried through judgment or conclusion more than fifty commercial and business cases. Before joining Bingham in 2006, he was an associate and shareholder at Stradling.
