SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 4, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Lithium Technologies, the market leader in online community and social media management products, today announced it has closed the acquisition of the Jive-x external community business from Jive Software, an Aurea company. Originally announced on August 29, 2017, the transaction was completed on October 3, 2017. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
