Litera's Global Reach Expanded by New Reseller Agreements
MCLEANSVILLE, N.C., Feb. 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Litera Corporation today announced a series of new partnerships on multiple continents facilitating its continued global expansion to better provide follow-the-sun technology delivery and support.
Litera previously announced a new reseller partnership with IRIS, a Netherland-based corporation, covering the Netherlands and Europe. IRIS has already begun addressing the legal, corporate legal, and accountancy professions in BENELUX (Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg), Nordics (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland) and DACH (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). IRIS provides an extensive professional client base with superior local market intelligence on the regional trends impacting client needs.
Complimenting this expansion is a new agreement with TOTVS, the world's sixth largest ERP software developer, covering Brazil and across Latin America. TOTVS chose Change-Pro®, Litera's advanced document comparison technology for integration with TOTVS' Fluig software platform. Fluig software platform integrates applications seamlessly while maintaining interoperability among enterprise-wide information systems regardless of the application's native architecture.
In addition, Litera has announced a new partnership with enterprise reseller SoftMart, which is based in Pennsylvania. SoftMart is bringing Litera's advanced document comparison tools to business, education, and healthcare environments and will also work with Litera to bring Change-Pro® document comparison technology to small and medium law firms throughout North America and the Caribbean.
Litera Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Norm Thomas stated, "Litera has long enjoyed great partnerships that extend the power and promise of Litera technology throughout the document lifecycle for mobile information workers. Now we're building on that momentum to reach new markets both geographically and in customer size."
Gilmar Hansen, Fluig's product Director said, "We're excited to be working with the best partners in their respective markets. They can bring the benefits of our broad and sophisticated product set more quickly than we could by building a direct sales force for these markets. More customers will benefit from Litera solutions because of these agreements."
Litera President Paul Domnick said, "We have seen substantial demand from these markets and selected partners in each market that have the same passion for customer service and long lasting customer relationships that we do. These partnerships give us a global reach that will strengthen the Litera brand as well as offer our clients follow the sun technology and support."
Litera's comprehensive productivity and risk management suite provides organizations with unsurpassed Content Confidence®. Patented document creation, collaboration, and control technologies streamline workflows and provide a new level of information security with governance at the document level, even outside the organization. These capabilities are now available in any location, on any device, in any environment with Litera Anywhere™.
