WASHINGTON, Jan. 23, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Tune in now to AFGE's "Inside Government" as the union celebrates the 50th anniversary of Executive Order 10988, which President John F. AFL-CIO Secretary-Treasurer Liz Shuler and Metal Trades Department President Ron Ault discussed the significance of the executive order, which was the catalyst for collective bargaining in the federal government.
