Lisa Fels Joins Brightline Strategies as Vice President for Strategic Communications and Marketing
Fels Brings Fifteen Years Corporate Communications Experience
ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Brightline Strategies, an award-winning strategic communications company, today announced that Lisa Fels has joined the company as vice president for strategic communications and marketing.
Based in Brightline Strategies' Alexandria, Va. office, Fels is serving an array of corporate, association, non-profit and government clients across the medical technology, clean energy and healthcare sectors. She brings fifteen years of corporate communications and media relations experience, working with Fortune 500 technology and financial services companies in Washington, D.C. and New York.

Prior to Environics, Fels was a manager of media relations at Verizon. There she promoted the company's products and services geared to mid- and large-business customers. Before joining Verizon, Fels was a director at The Glover Park Group, where she provided public affairs counsel. Earlier, she worked at New York Life Insurance Company, where she handled domestic media relations. Fels also worked in the corporate practice of Porter Novelli in New York and Edelman Public Relations in both Washington, D.C. and New York.
