Joseph, also the author of The Experience Effect, a marketing book which discusses consumer engagement via memorable brand experiences, will share his insights at the American Marketing Association (AMA) Conference in Atlanta on September 28th, and the HBA Global Expo in New York City on September 30th. While both presentations will be focused on connecting with the consumer, the AMA Conference is focused on understanding your consumer and how they live, and HBA is more about building brand loyalty.
