Linktone Announces Results of Annual Meeting of Shareholders

SINGAPORE, Nov. 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Linktone Ltd. (NASDAQ: LTON, ASX: LTL) ("Linktone" or the "Company"), a provider of media and entertainment content and services in key strategic markets in Asia, today announced the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the "AGM") held November 20, 2013 in Singapore. At the AGM, shareholders re-elected Mr. Hary Tanoesoedibjo and Ms. Peck Joo Tan as Class III directors to serve until the Company's 2016 AGM or until his or her successor is elected and duly qualified.
