BLUE BELL, Pa., April 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Linde Engineering North America Inc. (LENA) announced that it will chair a roundtable discussion and exhibit at SynGas 2015, to be held April 20-23 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
The conference provides a forum for exchange of ideas and information to promote better safety, technical, environmental, operational and maintenance techniques for the synthesis gas industry. The SynGas Association is an organization of ammonia, hydrogen, ammonium nitrate/nitric acid, urea and methanol producers along with the material and service suppliers that support these industries.
Visitors at Booth #21 will learn about LENA's engineered revamp services, which include equipment upgrades, efficiency improvements, and rebuilds for fired capital equipment to maximize performance and return on investment.
LENA will also chair a roundtable discussion on Tuesday, April 21 at 2:00 p.m. The topic will be "Debottleneck Your Existing Ammonia Plant with a Cryogenic Nitrogen ASU". The workshop will solicit input from participants about current plant capacity constraints and bottlenecks, and Linde representatives will share Linde's solutions for improving output in ammonia plants. "This is an opportunity for operators to learn how the addition of a nitrogen air separation unit can maximize their ammonia plant's production and save on operating costs," said Ken Lamb, Director of LENA's Hydrogen and Syngas business unit.
"We are pleased to be a participant of SynGas 2015," said Frank Maupay, Director of Houston Operations and Manager of Revamp Services. "We look forward to sharing our solutions for equipment upgrades and improvements with producers in the North American market."
