Lincoln International represents Health Solutions in its sale to Interactive Health, a portfolio company of CI Capital Partners

CHICAGO, March 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Lincoln International, a leading global mid-market investment bank, has announced that Health Solutions has been acquired by Interactive Health, a portfolio company of CI Capital Partners.

Founded in 1991 and based in Owings Mills, Maryland, Health Solutions is a leading provider of evidence-based wellness screenings, health improvement programs, and comprehensive wellness program management services to employers, hospitals, government agencies, and commercial health plans. The Company's core service offering includes comprehensive wellness program management, on-site biometric health screening and coaching, wellness and health promotion program development and delivery and related wellness and health improvement programs and services.  In 2013, the Company provided its services to over 450 corporate and government entities.

Lincoln International acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Health Solutions, working closely with the Company's management team and shareholders throughout the sale process.  This included providing advisory expertise, managing the due diligence process and assisting with negotiations.
