Lincoln International recognized as one of the top 100 companies to work for in the Chicagoland area by the Chicago Tribune
This marks the third consecutive year Lincoln has been recognized with this honor
CHICAGO, Dec. 18, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Lincoln International ("Lincoln"), a leading global mid-market investment bank, was named one of the top companies to work for in the Chicagoland area by the Chicago Tribune. Lincoln was recognized in the Chicago Tribune's 8th Annual Top Workplaces special report, released on November 10th. This special report recognizes the most dynamic and supportive Chicago companies.
Companies were selected based on completely independent employee surveys conducted by Energage. The survey measured such key qualities as company leadership, communication, career opportunities, working environment, managerial skills, pay and benefits.
Over 2,500 companies were invited to participate in the survey. Only 125 companies were named on the lists of the top large, midsize and small workplaces (less than 5%). While there are many investment banks located in Chicago, Lincoln International was one of only two investment banks on the list of Top Workplaces.
"This recognition is a testament to the thoughtful, creative and committed people that make Lincoln International a truly special place to have a career," said Rob Brown, CEO North America and Managing Director.
Jim Lawson, Global Co-CEO and Chairman for Lincoln International, added: "Lincoln employees possess an entrepreneurial spirit and are committed to integrity and excellence. These characteristics have enabled Lincoln to build and maintain a unique culture that continues to differentiate the company among competitors. We are very proud to have received this recognition, and we thank all of our employees for making Lincoln International a great place to work."
