SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 4, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Lime announced the appointment of global brand marketing strategist Duke Stump to the position of Chief Marketing Officer. Li Fan, Lime's Head of Engineering, has been promoted to Chief Technology Officer and will assume this role in addition to her current position.
As Lime's first-ever CMO, Stump will focus on uniting global marketing teams and furthering Lime's mission to redefine urban mobility. He joins Lime from Lululemon, where he successfully spearheaded a new strategic direction for the company including its brand-defining global campaign This is Yoga and was instrumental in creating a purpose-driven culture.
Li Fan, Lime's Head of Engineering and new Chief Technology Officer, will be responsible for leading technical strategy and operations in addition to overseeing all areas of engineering. As Lime's CTO, she looks to continue growing the engineering team and improving systems to deliver the most safe, reliable and user-friendly rider experience.

Prior to joining Lime, Stump served as EVP of Brand & Community at Lululemon. Previously, he spent over 15 years at Nike where he held various positions across marketing, product and sales divisions including Vice President of Product Marketing. He also served as CMO at eco-conscious household products company Seventh Generation.
During Fan's tenure at Lime, she tripled the engineering team in size and has played an instrumental role in improving the Lime user experience. Before Lime, Fan most recently was Senior Vice President of Engineering at Pinterest where she oversaw a division of 600+ engineers. Prior to Pinterest, she was a Senior Director of Engineering at Google and managed the popular image search functionality.
