LILLINGTON, N.C., Feb. 6, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Williams Tire Shop owner Antoine Williams considers himself a "tire guy" at heart. He has always worked with tires and is happy to finally have his own business, which opened two years ago.
Now Williams can call himself a "U-Haul guy" as well.
Williams Tire Shop, which offers new and used tires, minor car repairs and car washes, recently signed on as a U-Haul® neighborhood dealer. It carries trucks, trailers and towing equipment, support rental items, in-store pick-up for boxes and after-hours drop-off.
Williams Tire Shop is located at 3545 U.S. 401 S. and is open 8:30 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Saturday. Reserve U-Haul products here by visiting http://www.uhaul.com/Locations/Truck-Rentals-near-Lillington-NC or calling (910) 893-6642 today.
Since the only other U-Haul dealer in Lillington is stationed in town, Williams said his clients are glad to have a rural location closer to their neighborhoods. Being able to showcase U-Haul products and signage on Highway 401 has helped increase store traffic, according to Williams.
Williams grew up in Lillington, so he it's no surprise that he is involved in the community. He is working with Krispy Kreme® to sell their donuts with a portion of proceeds going to local youth baseball teams. Williams knows a lot of people with kids on the teams and he is always trying to lend a helping hand.
Williams Tire Shop is a great place to become U-Haul Famous. Take your picture in front of a U-Haul product, send it in and your face could land on the side of a U-Haul truck. Upload your photo through Instagram using #uhaulfamous, or go to www.uhaulfamous.com to submit photos and learn more.
