Lightstone Named to Crain's Best Places to Work 2016 List
NEW YORK, Oct. 5, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- National real estate investor/developer Lightstone has made Crain's New York Business' list of Best Places to Work in New York City 2016. The list, of only 100 companies across all five boroughs, was comprised after a two-part process. The first part (25 percent of the ranking) consisted of evaluating each nominated organization's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part (75 percent of the ranking) involved an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
