MILPITAS, Calif., May 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Song Woo, President and Chief Executive Officer of Lighthouse Management Group, today announced that AJ Thomas has joined LMG to further boost their Business Development unit. This marks another key appointment to enhance LMG's growing reputation as one of the best staffing and recruiting firms in Silicon Valley.

Ms. Thomas joins LMG most recently from Iron Mountain, the world leader in information management services, where she was responsible for managing key North American Human Resources operations and initiatives as Project & Strategic Implementation Manager.

In addition, over the past several years, Ms. Thomas has built a strong legacy of philanthropy and community service through her non-profit foundation Entre Worldwide which is geared towards coaching/mentoring and advising young entrepreneurs in underprivileged areas.
