Prior to the recruiting industry, Ms. McIntire was with a global home building materials company in their internal audit department where she developed audit strategy and performed internal audits throughout thirteen divisions within the company spanning over five countries.  Ms. McIntire began her career with Ernst & Young, an international audit, tax, and advisory firm where she led multiple engagements for publicly traded companies, focusing primarily on tech and real estate industries.

Ms. McIntire graduated from Brigham Young University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is a California licensed CPA.
