SANTA CRUZ, Calif., Oct. 26, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Lighthouse Bank (OTC-QB: LGHT), a highly rated locally owned and operated community bank, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a Quarterly Cash Dividend in the amount of $0.08 per share. The dividend is payable on November 30, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 9, 2016. The cash dividend is the result of the Bank's strong ongoing financial performance and significant capital strength.
In July, 2016, the Bank announced an increase of 6.67% over the four previous quarterly cash dividends of $0.075 per share, to $0.08 per share. In early 2015, the Bank paid a special $0.40 per share cash dividend to shareholders, which followed two stock dividends granted in 2011 and 2013. Since December 2014, the Bank has paid $1,754,000 to shareholders.
