750 Telecom Professionals Contribute to Light Reading's First Social Networking Survey

Light Reading's survey found that LinkedIn is considered the most productive network for communications professionals, though most admit they check Facebook more often during the day. And, while companies want to find out what people are talking about, relatively few are going so far as to monitor social media messaging, productivity and effectiveness with third-party tools.
