COLUMBUS, Ohio, Feb. 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Print Syndicate, a leading apparel and home goods e-commerce company, today announced the appointment of Dr. Leonard Schlesinger to its Board of Directors. A seasoned expert in consumer retail and entrepreneurship, Dr. Schlesinger has held executive leadership positions at Limited Brands (including Victoria's Secret) and Restoration Hardware Holdings Inc., and currently serves as Baker Foundation Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School.
Dr. Schlesinger's appointment coincides with Print Syndicate's recent inclusion on Forbes Magazine's list of America's Most Promising Companies for 2015. The fourth annual list recognizes the leading privately held, high-growth companies with compelling business models, strong management teams and notable investors. Founded in 2012, Print Syndicate was chosen based on its unique social trend-driven business model and growing profitability, reaching over $14 million in revenue in under two years. "As a seasoned retail expert and innovative thought leader, I'm confident that Len's oversight and approach will push our business to the next level as we continue to grow into a top consumer destination for apparel and home goods."
In addition to his position at Harvard Business School, Dr. Schlesinger previously served as president of Babson College which houses one of the top entrepreneurship programs in the country. In the retail sector, he most recently acted as Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer at Limited Brands.
